Why have an unmanned showroom?
More customers can see and experience your products at a low cost. You can have your products on display around the clock in a showroom in the other end of the country. With no extra work for you. (Other than delivering all your new orders.)
What is the cost?
You pay a monthly fee to ProRoom. This fee depends upon the location and size of your showroom, as well as the length of your contract. Please inquire for prices.
Do you take a commission of our sales?

Where do you have available showrooms?
Will I have my own showroom or will I share it with others?
We have the both options. We have smaller ProRooms that are suitable for one business as well as larger ProRooms that can be shared, with the added benefit of synergy with other brands.
Can I choose which brands I want to display my products with?
Yes. We offer suggestions, and your approval of other displaying brands can be included in the terms of our contract.
How do our customers access the ProRoom?
They fill in a form and a code or a QR code is sent to their phone. This code allows them to let themselves into the showroom.
How do we communicate with the customer in a ProRoom?
You can choose to call the customer when they enter the ProRoom, or they can receive an automatic text message from you letting them know that you are ready to answer any questions they may have.
How does the customer buy the product?
They purchase the product via your webshop or via phone or email.
Can the customer bring the product with him immediately?
No, the products in the showroom are for display only.
Who uses ProRooms?
Home improvement, interior decorating and furniture brands. The logos of some of our customers can be seen on our home page.
Is there a limit to the number of visitors?
No.

How many visitors does a ProRoom get?
This depends on the location and on how many people are interested in your product. The amount can vary from 30 to 1000 visitors a month.
Can I man the ProRoom and sell my products from there? Or does it have to be unmanned?
You may man your ProRoom and help your customers. Whether you can deliver purchased items depends upon what the specific location has been approved for. Ask us.
What if items are moved around and it gets messy?
Every ProRoom comes with a cleaning service suited to fit your needs. The cleaning personnel cleans up and puts items back where they belong .
What data regarding my customers may I have access to? (GDPR-wise)
You will be part of deciding how much information we require from your customers. Together with you we will ensure that we are always in compliance with GDPR and that your customers are properly informed.
I don’t have a webshop. Can I still use ProRoom?
Yes, if you have a product to sell you can use a ProRoom.
What about security? Will my products be stolen? I have expensive things to display. Can it be done?
Every ProRoom has security solutions that are adjusted to suit your needs. We have a double door lock system, video surveillance, burglar alarms and security guards, all connected to our control center.
What about insurance?
The location itself is insured. You will need to insure your displayed products.
What about vandalism?
Any vandalism outside or on the facade of the building is covered by our insurance. Your products on display inside should be insured in the same way as any other exhibition.
